➵ APPEARANCE A pretty young girl at first glance, with warm, smooth brown skin, and a flurry of thick brown curls. Her eyes are a bright orange-red, her nails are long and pointed and like glass, and there's something almost otherworldly to her that catches the eye. She dresses in comfortable luxury, always fashionable – but maybe a little too mature for the age she appears to be.

➵ VOICE A clear New Orleans accent with a low, steady tone, unless she's angry.

➵ DEMEANOR An individual of extremes, Claudia is either deadly calm and even-tempered, or furious and half-feral and ready to kill. She can appear to be totally in control of her emotions, or lean into the childish nature she's never been able to shake, giggling like a little girl. She's prone to teasing and mocking others in pain, and she delights in having power over others.

Abilities

➵ IMMORTALITY As a vampire, Claudia is all but entirely immortal, and as such does not age. She is considerably resistant to regular human weapons or typical vampire weapons such as wooden stakes, religious symbols, holy water or garlic. Though she can be damaged and injured, she heals from wounds that would kill humans if given time and blood. Her weaknesses are sunlight, fire, decapitation, and starvation or exsanguination. She must, of course, also feed on blood to survive, but the blood of the dead can be dangerous and potentially fatal.

➵ SUPERHUMAN SENSES Vampirism has greatly enhanced Claudia's senses. She's able to detect heartbeats from up to a hundred yards away, hear conversations through walls, and even smell blood from up to a mile away. When drinking blood, she can also taste any alcohol or other substances within it. Her sight is also greatly improved, as she can see clearly in complete darkness without the need of any light source.

➵ SUPERHUMAN ABILITIES Claudia has no need to breathe and as such can remain underwater for as long as she would like to. She's also incredibly strong, capable of lifting adult humans with little effort, and can move with superhuman speed.

➵ MINDREADING Claudia is capable of reading the minds of anyone around her and also therefore communicating with other vampires via thought.

➵ THE DARK GIFT Claudia is in theory capable of turning a human into a vampire, by first draining them of their blood almost to the point of death, and then allowing them to drink her blood. However, she's never successfully done it, despite many attempts.
